MEMS Training Center
MEMS provides the following courses for our personnel in order to maintain the highest standards possible. Most of our courses are also available to the public and affiliated agency's. Although MEMS is not in the business of education or training, we feel that our expertise would benefit others in the community. Where we are able to absorb most of the cost for our own employee's, we are not able to offer these courses to non-employees without having to charge reasonable fees to cover materials or facility usage. The prices we charge are not meant to generate a profit, but to cover necessary costs. The prices listed below are the prices we charge for the general public. The prices we charge for affiliated agency's are not listed. An affiliate is any member of law enforcement or a fire service within MEMS service area. Any affiliated member who desires to take one of our courses must contact Janelle Johnson at 301-1464.
Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available for most classes we teach through the Arkansas Department of Health's Division of EMS and Trauma Systems, and the National Registry of EMT's. Contact Janelle Johnson at 301-1464 for specific information regarding CEU's available for any course we teach.
