The MEMS STAR Team has provided tactical medical support to Arkansas Law Enforcement since 1990. The team consist of Nationally Registered Paramedics with over 100 years of combined EMS experience.  All Team members are certified law enforcement officers and have completed basic SWAT school.  In addition, they are all certified HAZMAT Technicians with specialized training in clandestine labs.

The Team currently provides tactical medical support for the Little Rock Police Department, North Little Rock Police Department, the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, the Arkansas State Police, Metro SWAT (City of Conway/Faulkner County) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI - Little Rock).
