Chris Marshall

Chris Marshall is a native of Cabot, Arkansas. He attended Arkansas Tech University (ATU.), where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.

Chris began his employment at MEMS in 1990, working in the Communications department. He later obtained his Paramedic certification and became a Field Training Officer (FTO).

In 2004, Chris served as Operations Supervisor and held that position until 2016, when he was promoted to Operations Manager. Chris was appointed Director of Operations in 2021.

Chris began his early career in EMS as a volunteer First Responder with the local Fire Department. The time as a volunteer was impactful and solidified his decision to make EMS a career. He is the first credentialed Managing Paramedic Officer (MPO) in Arkansas by the National EMS Management Association. Chris is accredited with many accomplishments throughout his career in EMS.

He resides in Conway, Arkansas, with his wife, Angela. Together they have two sons, two daughters, and three grandchildren. He enjoys being involved in the community, spending time outdoors with family, traveling, and classic cars.
