Neely Kimbrell grew up in Sherwood, Arkansas, and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she began her career in mental health and later earned a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Since 2007, Neely has worked in Human Resources, spending 18 years as the Director of Human Resources at a behavioral health hospital in central Arkansas. In March 2025, she began her role as MEMS' Director of Human Resources.
Neely and her husband, Andy, married in 2013 and have three daughters. They enjoy watching their girls play soccer, perform in dance, and participate in piano and voice recitals. The family also loves outdoor activities and exploring all that their beautiful state has to offer!
