Crews visited Cedar Heights Baptist tonight in efforts to help build awareness about the importance of early CPR and stopping massive hemorrhage. These skills are critical to saving a life. Crews taught attendees how to properly perform hands only CPR, including the use of an AED. They also participated in Stop the Bleed training where they learned to pack wounds and apply tourniquets.
