Being the first link in the chain of survival starts with you.
When a life-threatening emergency happens, it’s often the people nearby who make the biggest difference. Whether it’s starting CPR, using an AED, or stopping severe bleeding, immediate action saves lives. These skills aren’t just for healthcare professionals—they’re for anyone willing to step forward. Through our training programs, we help everyday people become prepared, confident, and ready to act when it matters most.

Family & Friends CPR is designed for anyone who wants to learn the basics of lifesaving—no medical background required. This course teaches hands-only CPR, AED awareness, and how to respond confidently in an emergency, all in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. Whether at home, work, or out in the community, these simple skills can make a life-saving difference.
